☀️ August isn’t just about celebrating the company’s birthday - it’s also when our employees suddenly transform into athletes, artists, and even writers and poets ☺️. While professional work continues steadily, the spirit of fun and creativity is running just as fast.

⚽ From the football field to the pickleball court, from typing poems to singing karaoke with homemade instruments, laughter echoes from our “warriors” who always find time to train and bond together. The Pickleball Team, which started with around 10 amateur players, has now doubled in size - and so have their skills! Both the Pickleball and Music Teams warmly welcome new members who share the same spirit of connection.

✍️ Our emotional gift basket “Writing about MITEC” continues to receive meaningful submissions. The organizing team regularly publishes these pieces on the company website with gentle illustrations. And of course, we can’t forget the “Discovery BOOK Corner” - a place where MITEC citizens take a break from their screens to relax with the scent of paper and nourish a positive mindset and a richer view of life. August welcomes new additions to the bookshelf with themes like: living a happy life, productive thinking, and minimalist living for an optimized life.
