On the morning of June 27, 2025, the Party Committee of MITEC Joint Stock Company solemnly held its 5th Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term. The congress was a great success.

During the previous term (2020 - 2025), the Party Committee successfully led the implementation of its resolutions, excelling in the company’s core tasks of production and business, strengthening the Party Committee as a solid foundation of the Party organization, and showing deep concern for the lives of both Party members and employees — the key driving force of innovation and creativity within the company.

In the next 5-year term, the Party Committee will focus on strengthening Party-building efforts, enhancing relations with the Board of Directors and the Company’s Leadership, and maintaining its leadership role in shaping MITEC’s development strategy. The goals include legal compliance, stable and sustainable business growth, and continuous improvement of employee well-being. The Congress also unanimously re-elected Comrade Dinh Phu Quoc, Secretary of the Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, to continue serving as Secretary for the 2025 - 2030 term.
