Members of the Board of Directors

On March 28, 2025, MITEC Company organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at MITEC Building, Lot E2, Cau Giay New Urban Area, Duong Dinh Nghe Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City. The meeting took place in a lively atmosphere and ended successfully.

Despite facing many difficulties of the economy in general as well as fierce competition, MITEC business results achieved in 2024 completely satisfied and excited shareholders. The figures are clearly and transparently presented in the reports of the Board of Directors, General Director and Board of Supervisors. The General Meeting of Shareholders voted and reached absolute consensus.
