On March 25, 2022, MITEC Company held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at MITEC Building, located in Lot E2, Cau Giay new urban area, Duong Dinh Nghe street, Yen Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi city. The meeting took place in an exciting atmosphere and ended successfully.

Although the global economy in 2022 was affected by Covid pandemic, MITEC's business results over the past year completely made shareholders satisfied and excited. The numbers are shown clearly and transparently in reports of the Board of Directors, General Director and Supervisory Board. The meeting took the vote and reached an absolute consensus.
