General Information of Project

Based on Project "Business and Information Technology Development Complex - MITEC ", MITEC JSC., is owning a plot of land with area of  6,703m2.

• Location: at the crossroads of the 50m-width and 17m-width roads and about 200m away from Pham Hung road (next to Keangnam area), at Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.

• Area: 6,703m2 (Project’s plot granted is 10,117m2)

• Completed the design and received the license for construction
  Construction project includes 02 Blocks A and B for offices:

• Block A: 21 floors, Area of each floor is 1,500m2 and
               02 floors basements. Area of each one is 3,700m2

• Block B: 11 floors, basements. Area of each one is 720m2 and
               01 floors basements 670m2
