	1991	It named Micro-electronic Production Combination - MITEC under the Micro-electronic Research Institute - the National Technology Research Institute.

	1992	It changed to the Micro-Electronic Technology Corporation - MITEC under the National Technology Research Institute

	1995	It changed to the Micro-Electronic Technology Corporation- MITEC under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment.

	1996 - 2005	It changed to MOST’s Innovation Technology Corporation - MITEC under Ministry of Science and Technology.

	From 14/01/2005	Since 14 January 2005, it changed to the Joint-Stock Company - MITEC based on MOST Innovation Technology Corporation – MITEC.
