Since the foundation of Software Development and Solutions Center – SDS, MITEC has formed over 30 skilful, professional engineers, therefore, MITEC has successfully implement such big projects as:

• iOpenCMS is electronic newspaper with its content management developed based on open source. iOpenCMS has been widely developed and applied by many organizations and agencies. This product is developed by Java, XML to form up a system with multi-operation system, multi-database adminitration system, support multi-resources and multi-languages.
• iDOC - Document and Inplementary management system

• iDOC is a solution to the document auto-management and supplying many professional tools to complete the process:  management, dealing and storing the document in the organizations and business enterprises.

• iDOC helps to create, update on incoming and outgoing documents, schedule real-time implementary management, look-up statistics on document by different criteria.

• TASKSOFT (PAYROLL & TIME ATTENDING) - Integrated software in managing system package of OHMI factory): Managing system on magnetic card for salary and working time is deploying at MAP Vietnam Company, HONDA Vietnam Company…

• TASSOFT is a payroll & time attending via bar code that is able to daily obtain bar code data based on working shift, rate of outside working hours parameters to calculate and work out time attending data weekly and monthly for each staff.

• PAYROLL : salary management software for any enterprise. PAYROLL is able to calculate, create monthly salary sheet, bonus data sheet for staffs. The system is able highly integrated with other financial system for enterprises, factories, time attending…

• LIBSOFT - Electronic library system:
• LIBSOFT complies with international standards for modern library management. The software “Library management and Search” on Web not only allows to catalogue and manage publications on Web, but also allows readers to look up and borrow via Internet, Intranet. LIBSOFT is fully capable of managing multimedia, digital data as well as other traditional publications. Strong searching tool supports multi-language and can search beyond many criteria help readers quickly find the required publications. (Recently LIBSOFT is used in ONE company and Hanoi National Consevatory Of Music).
• Website design and building:

• Build website for MITEC itself and other enterprises. Each website is built and designed with friendly and easy-to-use interfaces. Website is support with Unicode and tools for quick search information.

• Dynamic website building and management service for those who want to introduce and broadcast themselves as well as organizations want to public information via Internet/Intranet.
• User management service:
• This service allows users to create accounts in Web by accessing the Website and fulfill the required information, then those accounts will be accepted and initiated immediately.
• In addition to that, the administrator can automatically update the new users. The administrator can fully create, delete or change the existing users. The administrator also responsible for creating, grant permission and change permission for users.
• This service consists of security policy and user permission depending on their position and task ensuring data security.
• Information update service:
• Information update service works completely on Web with simple and easy-to-use functions. Information is categorized and grouped in order to be updated easily.This service also consists of information censorship and re-edit mechanism. During information update process, users can feed information under a given format for easy checking errors including syntax and spelling. Thank to that, user can online update information quickly and easily.
• This service has a high secure mechanism, log files.
• Photo management database software:
• This software completely works on Web.
• Supports different formats such as GIF, JPG, BMP, TIF…, sound as WAV, MP3… and video as MPEG, AVI…
• Users can catalog bitmap, sound and video files under Dublin Core standard. Users can also (if granted permission) view, download, edit and upload photos easily.
• This software has slide show function which gradually shows selected photos in the view without clicking or using keyboard to choose the next one.
• Manages photo under hierarchy mechanism, categories of which each category consists of smaller categories. Users can list photos beyond categories, preview with thumbnail mode to choose the necessary ones and then zoom-in, and see the detail information of those photos.
• Each user can create their own albums of which each photo has detailed information such as date of photo, subject… If the users can not remember exactly the name of the photos, they still can find necessary photos based on those information.
• Photo searching function helps user easily find uploaded photos or show required photos in the database. If necessary photos can be found, then users will be suggested to find in other items or search in internet.
• This software consists of secure mechanism, log files.
• Public forum service:
• This service run on Web and provides forum for members to easily exchange information, point of views monitored by the administrator.
• The administrator easily add, delete or customize boxes in the forum, manage, appreciate the posted articles to decide which one is published and warn the members who posted bad and unauthorized articles. The administrator also prohibit those users to access the forum.
• Each member has his own message box in order to increase the ability to exchange information between members and between members and the administrator. Message box works like email but it is more mobile and flexible, and its ability to send quick instant message is the first norm.
• Subjects in forum are categorized and sorted into sections, items or based on readers’ preference in form of hit counts.
• Forum consists of high authorized mechanism, flexible management ability, log files in order to prevent users from being stolen their accounts and help the administrator to determine right member participates in forum.
• Dictionary look up software:
• This software runs on Web, under client-server mode. Dictionary is stored in the server and data is transferred to client as requested to ensure consistence of data and prevent traffic congestion.
• Allows users to look up English-French-Vietnamese, special purposes dictionary, encyclopedia dictionary. If the necessary word does not exist in system data, then it will be searched in websites for online dictionary via Internet and send results back to the user in order to highly meet the users’ request.
• The result is scientifically displayed in specific classifier such as noun, verb, adjective with meaningful words. In addition to that it provides the usage of word in its context, as well as shows the synonyms, other spelling ways of that word.
• There are many ways to look up in the dictionary depending on users’ purpose. With quick view mode, a small window will display help users to look up while view the screen to type exactly the necessary words. The quick view mode only displays the main information of the looked up word, providing overview of the word, if users need further information of that word, then they simply switch to detail view mode.
• Enables to add, delete and update new definitions, however this function is restricted to the administrator only due to adding and deleting definitions can make confused. Normal user is not allowed to add, delete or update data.
• The software has a flexible management ability, log files.
• Full Vietnamese text search:
• This service operates fully on Web.
• Supports TCVN-6909 (unicode), TCVN3, VNI, VIQR, Telex, VNI, VIQR.
• Supports all of current Vietnamese keyboard typers as ABC, VietKey, UniKey...
• Enables searching with complex logic (AND, OR, NOT, NEAR), searching full phrase, searching with priority, supports wildcard characters searching, synonyms seaching, fuzzy searching, phonology searching,… . supports conditional searching, be able to combine file searching and database following standard of popular and efficient searching tools as PANVN, GOOGLE.
• Due to text data is so large, and there are much texts holding the same necessary words, so system will sort out texts containing most wanted words, probability to exactly find is highest, then provides user with a list of texts in descending order of that probability, avoiding plenty of results without carefully sorted therefore can not find suitable and important document related to the keyword.
• There are many searching modes, with the simple one, it is so convenient for users to use. They only type the necessary words, the system will automatically find all the related documents in the whole database. With advanced one, users can search full text, as well as titles or authors. It only searches for the concerned subjects, areas to enhance searching abilities. However users should know exactly the keywords relate to which area so that they can fully exploit the efficiency of the advanced searching function.
• Allows to search in the whole website, or only within a branch of information.
• Searching service works like a Search Engine, not only finds within database but also search local and global files via Internet.
• The software has a flexible management ability, log files.
•  Personal task management software:
• The main purpose of the software is to enhance working effect of each staff. Applying this software can reduce the stagnation of administration activities, increase staffs’ responsible to control their works. There are two aspects need to be controlled when processing work: the result through processing opinions and progress. In many organizations, factory, enterprises, the administrative stagnation has reached an incredible level. It can be counted for:
• The system helps staffs to manage their scheduled tasks scientifically, leading to enhance working effect, arrange dates, control working progress and exchange information.

• Install the first LAN network at Immigration Department since 1992.
• Be the supplier and warrantor for informatics systems of the State Bank of Vietnam, from central to local level since 1993 to now. Implement plenty of high available servers ( Cluster Standby, Parallel system…) for mission critical for banks.
• In 1999 perform the project “Supply informatics equipment and build WAN networks for Population and Housing investigation by the year 1999”.
